About

Lianne studied 3D Design at The University of Creative Arts in Farnham, where she specialised in glass. Upon graduating, Lianne’s professional journey took her to Lancashire where she worked at a glass studio, immersing herself in a variety of projects including batch production and large-scale architectural glass. Whilst there, she explored the techniques of sandblasting, casting, lamination and kiln forming. Her roles extended beyond artistic creation, as she developed her skills in studio management and maintenance.

Lianne worked with Studio Peascod in the Cotswolds and specialised in verre églomisé, collaborating on high-end projects for private residencies, hotels and restaurants. This not only broadened her artistic horizons but also refined her skills in intricate techniques.

Currently, Lianne’s focus revolves around combining the skills acquired over the years to create unique artworks. She enjoys the natural characteristics of materials, allowing them to influence and shape her creative process. This approach not only respects the authenticity of the materials but also results in artworks that resonate with a harmonious blend of past experiences and present artistic exploration
